Website use and hosting

This static website is hosted through GitHub Pages. When you open the site, the hosting provider may process technical connection data such as your IP address, browser information, date and time of access. This data is used to deliver and secure the website.

The website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Your Light or Dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to Nurexus.

Project enquiries

If you contact us through the project form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide to review and respond to your request.

This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, budget range, event or production date, location and project details.

We process this data to take steps requested before entering into a contract and, where required, on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Form processing

The online form is prepared to use Formspree as its technical processor. Once the service is enabled, information entered in the form is sent to Formspree for delivery to Nurexus.

Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry. You can also contact us directly at info@nurexus.de.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to reply, manage a resulting business relationship, establish or defend legal claims, or meet statutory retention obligations.

The website links to Instagram and TikTok. Displaying these links does not send data to either platform. If you open an external link, the privacy terms of that provider apply.
